Which e-commerce plugins does Bolsa support?

Bolsa comes with built in support for both Jigoshop and WooCommerce.

How do I get support for Bolsa?

Customer support for Bolsa is freely available to all license holders on our customer support website. If you are a valid license holder, register for a free account and open a support ticket.

We do not answer support questions via Twitter, Facebook or email.

Do you provide support for the e-commerce plugins?

We only support theme related issues for either of the plugins. If you require technical support for the plugin of your choice, you must contact the plugin developers directly.

Can I easily customize Bolsa?

Bolsa supports the WordPress Theme Customizer for the following customization capabilities:

  • Branding/Logo setting
  • Link and body type color settings
  • Custom background image or color

For granular customizations, we recommend doing so in a child theme.

Do you provide customization or web design services?

We'll take on work on a project to project basis depending on scope and our availability. If we can't help you, we'll refer you to someone who can. You can find our customization form here.

Can I test a theme before buying it?

We do not offer theme testing before purchase but are more than happy to answer any pre-sales questions you may have using the ThemeForest commenting system. Just ask away.

Do Scube themes work with child themes?

Yes, all of our themes are developed with the child theme methodology in mind

What browsers work best with Scube themes?

We develop all of our themes to be compatible with all major modern browsers including Safari, Chrome, Firefox, IE9+ and Opera. Support for versions of IE older than 9 are limited and we do not support versions older than 8.
